Requirements for all positions include:
  • Valid Documents that Establish Both Identity and Employment Authorization Example – Photo Id, Drivers License or Passport. Social Security card or birth certificate.

Manufacturing

Requirements:
  • Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
  • Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the day
  • Must be willing to work overtime including occasional Saturdays

Assembly

Requirements:
  • Measure, assemble, and install products according to job specifications
  • Work at different workstations as production needs require
  • Package products properly

Per Extrusion Operator

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  •  Extensive knowledge of plastic extrusion processes which includes knowledge of setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining a plastic extrusion process. 
  • A minimum of 2 years experience. Must be able to work and shift, weekends, and overtime if need be.

Extrusion Packing

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime if need be
  • Occasional heavy lifting up to 50lbs
  • Computer literate

Steel Worker

Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly during shift
  • Able to measure and assemble sheet metal
  • Read tape measure

General Labor

Requirements:
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Lift 50 lbs or more throughout shift
  • Some outside work is required
  • Forklift experience is not required but is a positive skill
